Summary: Although I had a good night's sleep and their breakfast was great, there were a few sags. One, the hotel is located in downtown and I had a trial trying to reach the hotel with heavy traffic and certain roads that forbids left turns. Two, they didn't have enough parking spaces and would have you park at a parking garage on the next block if their lot was full ( fortunately I didn't have that problem). Three, my room didn't have a TV,

Summary: The staff genuinely cared that we had a good stay. The manager of housekeeping was amazing in getting a problem resolved. The manager in charge of breakfast was greeting guests and directing them the breakfast. Even the woman bringing out food for the buffet greeted the guests.

Summary: Staff was extremely attentive, helpful and cordial. Bathroom needed remodeling and was quite small. Parking needs to be expanded, so that guests don't have to use the deck next door. Breakfast was fine.

Summary: The staff is always very nice and welcoming . The rooms are nice and beds are comfortable but the carpet seems very dirty .. Hallways are musty throughout . The parking is always an issue bc there aren’t enough spaces . The lobby has been remodeled and is nice .

Summary: Room was fine. Bkfst in the morning terrible. Parking situation even worse. You need to park across street which can be confusing and then find your way back to hotel. If you take wrong elevator you will be on wrong side and have to walk all the way around. Be aware before booking

Summary: It was really good. The staff is super friendly, everything was nice. The room, the shower door didn’t close and it was a little dirty but not a huge deal. The room was a little smaller than we were thinking but again, it’s not a huge deal. Overall we really enjoyed this stay.

Summary: Keys didn’t work when I got to the room. When I went back, they changed rooms which was okay. New room had no AC going so very warm. Took awhile to get cool. Not a very friendly check out staff. Probably won’t stay again.

Summary: We stayed at this hotel for one week, from check in to check out was an excellent experience. Every single one of the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was always timely, delicious and staff member cleaning up or helping guest as needed. The only thing that I say could be corrected was the door/card reader entrance to the pool area was not working all week and they ran out of bottled water in the shop area for over 3 days but always had complimentary water with fresh fruit available….along with fresh popcorn and cookies midafternoon. Keep up the good work!
